With precise thickness control (tolerance within ±0.1mm), it suitable for high-precision processing. It uses virgin white material as its base material, without the addition of recycled materials.
The cut surface of it is clean and free of impurities, giving the finished product a more upscale appearance.The white base color of it is also more suitable for secondary processing such as UV printing and heat transfer printing.
It has extremely low water absorption and will not deform even after long-term use in humid environments.White extruded PVC foam board does not mold, attract insects, or rot, and its service life far exceeds that of wood.
White extruded PVC foam board density can be customized (0.4–0.8 g/cm³)
It can be sawed, nailed, planed, glued, and also heat-bent and welded.
