Calcium-Free PVC Foam Board is a high-performance PVC foam sheet manufactured without traditional calcium carbonate fillers. Calcium-free PVC foam board uses a pure PVC foaming system with a fine, dense, and uniform cell structure. The apparent density of the foam can be as low as 0.46 g/cm³, approaching that of natural wood. Calcium-free PVC foam board also maintains excellent mechanical properties—compressive strength can reach over 0.8 MPa, with moderate hardness and toughness far superior to ordinary calcium-based boards, making it less prone to cracking. Calcium-free PVC foam board products have the characteristic of being able to be bent at a 90° right angle without breaking after grooving at room temperature, achieving an optimal balance between rigidity and toughness.

Calcium-free PVC foam board abandons traditional lead-containing stabilizers and heavy metal formulas, using a non-toxic and environmentally friendly calcium-zinc formula. Calcium-free PVC foam board overcomes the dimensional deformation problem caused by poor compatibility between fillers and PVC in calcium-based boards. It has a uniform cell structure and extremely low thermal warpage and shrinkage rates. Calcium-free PVC foam board is unaffected by temperature and humidity changes, does not absorb water, does not mold, and is resistant to insects, resulting in a long service life. It passes the UL94 V-0 vertical burning test, is self-extinguishing upon removal of the flame, and is safe and reliable.
Easy to process and widely applicable
Similar to wood, calcium-free PVC foam board can be nailed, drilled, planed, riveted, and sawn. It can also be thermoformed, welded, printed, and veneered, offering excellent secondary processing performance. Its smooth and flat surface allows for direct screen printing or computer lettering, meeting personalized decorative needs.
